Biography
Andrew Natsios is an executive professor at the Bush School and director of the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs. He is a former administrator of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and among other projects, he managed reconstruction programs in Afghanistan, Iraq and Sudan. Natsios is an expert in foreign policy, global famine and refugee crises. He can comment on how American foreign aid programs can be used to defend against COVID-19.
