Biography

Bell-Pedersen’s primary research focus is circadian rhythms in the development of spores in the fungus Neurospora crassa, a simple model organism. She also teaches virology to undergraduate students at Texas A&M. She is available to discuss general virology and spread of pathogens as well as the basic biology of COVID-19.
