Biography
One of Sczepanski’s research areas is the development of new technologies for the treatment of diseases, including viral infections and cancer. He is available to discuss new antiviral therapies to possibly treat COVID-19. By combining expertise in chemical biology, molecular biology, and molecular evolution, his lab addresses challenges associated with studying and targeting noncoding RNAs from a unique perspective. In addition, he utilizes modern chemical biology techniques to develop designer chromatin systems for studying DNA damage.
