Biography
Patricia Thornton is a professor in the sociology department of the College of Arts and Sciences at Texas A&M University. Focusing on entrepreneurship, human behavior and learning and pedagogy, she has written several publications and books concerning gender in the workplace, organizational deference, and socio-cultural factors in the world of entrepreneurship.
